Offline downloads Downloaded resources and unsynced learning work use device storage. Synchronize pending work before clearing site data.

Browser controls Use your browser settings to inspect or remove site storage and manage notification permissions. Contact support if you need help with local data.

Permissions are separate from storage Camera, microphone, screen capture and notifications are managed through browser permissions. Removing cookies alone may not reset these permissions; review the site permissions in your browser settings.

Using a shared browser Review downloaded files as well as stored site data before leaving a shared device. Keep a copy of any work you need before deleting local resources.
