Protect people Do not publish another person private information, post harassment or share misleading links.

Moderation Teachers and authorized moderators may pin, lock or hide discussions. Report concerns through your help desk or platform support.

Write a useful question Use a specific title, describe what you tried and include enough context for someone to help. Avoid repeatedly posting the same question across discussions.

Respond constructively Explain your reasoning, acknowledge helpful replies and correct mistakes respectfully. Keep private account and payment issues out of public discussions.
